Somewhere between the tenth step and the twentieth product, I forgot what I was even doing it for.
It started the way it starts for most of us. A bathroom counter crowded with promises. Serums that swore they'd fix what we didn't know was broken. Routines so long they felt like second jobs. And underneath all of it — this quiet, nagging feeling that none of it was actually for us.
The beauty industry had become a noise machine. Louder every year. More steps, more ingredients you can't pronounce, more guilt for not keeping up. And somewhere in that chaos, the simplest truth got buried:
"I realised that in the quest for 'perfect,' I had lost 'me'."
