Thank you for shopping with Purely You. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Purely You is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers;
- Customs processing;
- Weather conditions;
- Public holidays;
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers; or
- Other events beyond our reasonable control.
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been shipped, Purely You cannot guarantee recovery or redirection of the package. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned to us and requires reshipment.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Refunds for returned packages may exclude original shipping costs.
